Q: How do I place an order with MISK?
You can order through our official website, Instagram, or TikTok Shop. Browse our collection, select your desired items, and follow the checkout process.
Q: I placed my order via TikTok/Instagram Shop. How do I track it?
Tracking information will be sent to your email or direct message on the platform you used to purchase. If you haven't received it, please check your spam/junk folder.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot change an order once it is placed. Please double-check your items, sizes, and delivery address before purchasing.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed, however, you can contact our customer service team to request a return/refund at info@miskcollections.com.
Q: What is MISK's return policy?
MISK has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Sale items, custom orders, and items purchased using promotional discounts are non-refundable.
NOTE: You are required to account for all return and shipping fees. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Q: How do I start a return?
To start a return, contact us at info@miskcollections.com. Please provide your order details and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Q: How do I process a return for my TikTok Shop order?
TikTok Shop orders must be resolved directly through TikTok and cannot be returned via our website return or exchange procedure. To initiate a return, click on your order in your TikTok profile and request a return there. TikTok provides one return label per item, so ensure you use each label provided when returning multiple items. Failure to do so may result in incomplete refunds. Please note that returns must be in sellable condition, and if the wrong item is returned or the return period is missed, we may not process your return.
Q: Can I return sale items or gift cards?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items are final sale and non-returnable.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Q: What is the European Union 14-day cooling-off period?
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Q: What should I do if I haven't received my refund?
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@miskcollections.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

We strive to provide high-quality images that reflect our products' true colours and details. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen resolutions, lighting, and individual device settings. We recommend reading product descriptions for additional fabric, fit, and care information.
Q: Are the fabrics comfortable and modest?
Yes, all MISK products are designed with comfort and modesty in mind. We carefully select high-quality fabrics that align with modest fashion standards.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our detailed size chart provided on each product page. If you need clarification or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more modest fit. Our customer service team is also available to assist with sizing enquiries.
Payment and Shipping:
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment methods available through Instagram and TikTok Shop can also be used for purchases.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the UK typically takes 3-5 business days. At the moment, we don’t offer next-day delivery. Please allow for standard delivery times when placing your order.
Q: Can I get free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100. Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on free shipping promotions and exclusive discounts.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We’re exploring options for international shipping in the future, so stay tuned!

We're sorry for the inconvenience! Please get in touch with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the incorrect or damaged item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
